Dream is looking for Analysts for Summer 2025.

Dream is looking for the best and brightest to join its thriving community. We are currently looking for university students graduating in Spring 2026 to join our unique team as 360 Summer Analysts starting in May 2025.

Dream 360 is a rotational program that provides analysts with the experience to work across various functions and teams within real estate, including asset management, development, and private equity.

This 4-month summer program will take place between May 2025 and August 2025. Successful 360 program analysts could be offered a full-time position upon graduation in the 360 Analyst Rotational program starting August 2026.

What will you do during your summer internship?

As part of the summer 360 program, you will:

  • Assist in building and maintaining asset, fund, development and REIT models;
  • Prepare investment memos on asset strategy, conversions, capital expenditures and investments to senior executives and Board;
  • Participate in financial analysis for asset- and/or portfolio-level strategy related to capital allocation, investments/dispositions, developments, strategic initiatives, financings and risk management;
  • Assist in building and analyze asset-level cashflow, financing strategies and valuations;
  • Prepare quarterly and/or annual investor materials for public and private platforms;
  • Contribute to research reports on subjects ranging from capital markets, real estate markets, industry trends and potential investments; Complete a research project that will be presented to senior management at the end of the summer;
  • Work closely with the team on any other initiatives and special projects as needed.

  • Strong academic track record with expected graduation from a Commerce, Business, Engineering, Math, Statistics or quantitative undergraduate program by Summer 2026;
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and research skills;
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling), PowerPoint and Word;
  • Collaborative, team-player; strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly, concisely and professionally;
  • General understanding of core financial concepts and comfortable with financial modelling;
  • Interest in and Basic understanding of the real estate industry; past experience in the industry is preferred but not required.
