In addition to replacing existing units, the Don Summerville Revitalization offers a number of benefits to improve the social and economic wellbeing of tenants. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC), Context Development Inc. and RioCan Living (jointly known as RC Ashbridge Inc) are working closely with Applegrove CC and tenants to develop and deliver the following types of benefits:$100K IN SCHOLARSHIPS Apply for a scholarship to cover some or all your tuition fees or training costs (based on eligibility) .$250K FOR SUPPORTS & PROGRAMS These funds will go towards training, social development and other activities that promote a cohesive, vibrant and safe community. A Community Action Plan identifying supports and programming will be developed with tenants.$500K VALUE IN JOB CREATION We are committed to support the community in collectively earning a minimum value of $500,000 in wages. We will help you with your job search along with our employment partners.
