Job Duties:

Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, the successful candidate will be located primarily on the
jobsites as assigned and will work within the operations team to assist with projects. Responsibilities
include:

• Assist the project management team in maintaining and updating project documentation and
  records 
• Assist with reviewing and inspecting all project inventories/deliveries 
• Tracking inventories on assigned jobsites 
• Perform quality control procedures 
• Creating, reviewing, maintaining files for day-to-day work orders on our Project Management
  system 
• Ensure any issues impacting the project(s) are documented and communicated with the Project
  Manager/Coordinator 
• All other duties generally consistent with the position

Job Requirements:

•  University Degree or College Diploma/Certificate in Construction Management 
•  Ability to travel between multiple jobsites within the GTA  
• Ability to read, understand and interpret construction documents, drawings 
• Knowledge and use of Procore, MS Project, Sketchup, AutoCad and BlueBeam is an asset 
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 with advanced knowledge of Excel and Sharepoint 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers 
• Adept at working in a fast
• paced, customer-oriented environment 
• Demonstrate time management, organizational and conflict resolution abilities

Work Conditions:

• Exposure to noise and other hazards associated with the jobsite 
• Use of required personal protective equipment including work boots, hard hat, hi-vis vest, and
  protective eyewear
