You as a Project Analyst will:
- Review daily reports regarding labor hours, equipment, and materials from the project administrators and compare to scorecards received from the field team.
- Escalate and flag daily report to project analyst lead
- Be involved in project handover, from the estimating department to the operations team.
- Review scorecards monthly for every project and analyze productivity and costs.
- Support with cost questions on COR's.
- Check with estimators/learn basis of estimate for items that are needing COR's.
- Identify COR's required.
Is this the right role for you?
- A diploma or post-secondary in administration, accounting, or equivalent would be considered an asset.
- 1-3 years of project administration or equivalent experience would be considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills and experience working with software programs such as word and excel is required.
- A reliable means of transportation is required.
