Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Research and Development, you will part of a dynamic team striving to maintain excellence and quality service.

Description

What will your day-to-day function look like?

  • Being an expert in your filed in collaboration with our R&D Team you will support our Marketing, Sales teams in the development and improvement and of our products.
  • You will contribute to the development of new business in collaboration with the Sales Managers and their teams.
  • You will be a key player with the Marketing team when rolling Canadian and Global initiatives with our Corporate Marketing and R&D team in Switzerland.
  • You will act as an expert subject matter when products or application issues arises.
  • You will be providing training to our clients and internal teams on our product and their multiple applications.


What will be some of the annual projects you will be involved in?

  • Work with all stakeholders on the budget, strategic directions and product offering annual planning.
  • Review our flooring product range  to ensure conformity an  opportunity for new applications and offering.
  • Help us continue achieving our goals in  Sustainable products and development initiatives.
  • Making sur that our internal teams keep abreast with the development on new technology and regulation requirements.

We Need Your Skills

  • University or College degree in Chemical science or technical field of study or pertinent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales and marketing.
  • Direct site/field experience is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive leader with change management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to travel  when requiered within assigned territory.
